Kathrin Bartscher is the Chief Scientific Officer at NextPharma, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as the Head of Drug Product Development for Modified Release and Global Head of Product Development at the same company. Before joining NextPharma, Bartscher was the Head of Formulation Development at Pharbil Waltrop GmbH from 2009 to 2013. They earned a Ph.D. in Pharmazie from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and are currently pursuing further studies in Pharmazie at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
