Matthew Paez

Matthew Paez is an experienced camera operator and audio-visual technician with a career spanning several years in live event broadcasting and production. Since November 2021, Matthew has worked with FloSports, covering significant events such as the 2022 World Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Championship and the 2022 ADCC World Championship. Currently employed by NextPro and previously engaged with Video Tech Services Inc. as an audio-visual technician, Matthew has developed a robust skill set in managing and operating technical equipment for various live events. In earlier roles with Benny Hinn Ministries and Loveworld USA, responsibilities included audio engineering and camera operation, demonstrating versatility and proficiency in the industry. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Audio Production from The Arts Institute, earned between 2014 and 2017.
