Protik M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Protik currently serves as the Managing Director (Strategy and Consulting) at Brillio, a position they have held since November 2021. Protik is also an Investor in multiple companies such as Protecto, Verloop.io, MonetizeNow, and Next Quarter, starting from 2021 and 2022.

In addition to their current roles, Protik M. is the Founding Principal of a non-profit organization, starting in June 2023. Protik is also the Founder and Best Selling Author & Podcast Host of Reimagine Enterprise Sales System, a company they established in June 2020. Protik'sintention through this venture is to empower B2B business leaders to overcome digital transformation challenges and ensure their organizations become future-ready.

Prior to these ventures, Protik M. co-founded Standav Corp in December 2016, a company acquired by Brillio in November 2021. As the President and Co-Founder, they were responsible for sales, delivery, business development, partnerships, new client acquisition, and client success. Standav Corp achieved significant success under their leadership, including recognition on INC magazine's list of America's fastest-growing companies, creating $75M in enterprise value in 5 years, maintaining a 94% employee retention rate with over 220 employees in 2021, and receiving an average customer satisfaction rating of 9.4/10.

Before Standav Corp, Protik M. worked as the Director of Global Sales at PROS from October 2014 to December 2016. Protik also served as a Professional Services and Sales Leader at Conga from July 2013 to October 2014.

Protik M. has pursued a degree in Leadership in Information Systems with a specialization in Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley.
