Duane Church

Duane Church is the Director of Fleet Management at Nextracker Inc., where they continue to excel in overseeing fleet operations. Previously, Duane held various leadership roles, including Director of Maintenance for Holland America Line and Director of Equipment & Facilities at AA Asphalting LLC. Beginning their career as an Assistant District Manager at Penske Truck Leasing, Duane demonstrated strong operational oversight and a commitment to process improvement throughout their roles. With a degree in History/Political Science from Lewis-Clark State College, Duane also served as an Assistant Head Baseball Coach and Equipment Manager during their college years.
