Jamie Aimonetti is currently the Human Resources Manager at Nextracker Inc., a position held since May 2025, following the merger with Bentek. With a strong background in human resources, Jamie previously served as the Director of Human Resources at Bentek and as a Human Resources Manager at Sanmina-SCI. Jamie began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at ArrayComm from 1995 to 1999. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.
