Jason Henry

Jason Henry currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Nextracker Inc., where responsibilities include scaling the engineering organization and establishing new functions such as Systems Engineering, Product Security, and Compliance. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions within Elbit Systems Ltd, including Hardware System Engineering Team Leader and System Engineer, leading teams in hardware system engineering and multi-disciplinary design. Jason's earlier experience includes roles at NEXTracker, Inc. as Engineering Manager of Tracker Control and Project Engineer at ETM Electromatic, along with technical contributions at Mavenir and research at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering. Jason holds a Professional Certification in Power Electronics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
