Phillip Mancini

Phillip Mancini is currently the IP Counsel at Nextracker LLC, bringing over twelve years of legal experience as an in-house and big-law attorney. With a background in electrical engineering, they have expertly managed and advised on various intellectual property issues, including portfolio development and litigation, as well as non-IP matters like anti-trust and labor. Phillip previously held roles as Senior Counsel, IP at Tesla and Sr. Counsel, IP at SolarCity, among other prestigious legal positions. They earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and hold multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland.
