Ceaphrael Benson

Ceaphrael Benson is an experienced Sales Training and Development Manager at NexTraq since September 2022, responsible for sales enablement, training, and global collaboration on initiatives. In addition, Ceaphrael serves as a Lead Instructor at nextplay sales fellowship, providing individual coaching for aspiring tech sales professionals. Previous roles include Sales Enablement Lead at Netradyne, where Ceaphrael directed initiatives to enhance the Inside Sales Team's performance, and Regional Sales Manager, focused on safety and driver performance for commercial fleets.
