Hi! We're so glad you're here! :)

We created NextRep U to give you the real-world insight we wish we had when we were trying to break into medical sales. This industry can feel incredibly hard to navigate from the outside, and most of what actually makes someone successful isn’t taught in a textbook...it’s learned through experience, relationships, mentorship, and being around the right people.

That’s where we come in!

Our goal is to help you understand how the industry really works, what the day-to-day life of a rep actually looks like, and the small things that separate standout reps from average applicants.

More than anything, we wanted to create a collaborative classroom, University-style environment where people can learn openly, ask questions, build confidence, and grow alongside others pursuing the same goals. We believe some of the best learning happens through conversation, shared experiences, mentorship, and real-life perspective!

Whether you’re brand new to the industry or trying to figure out your next step, we’re here to help make the process feel a little less intimidating and a lot more achievable.

If you'd like to join one of our NextRep U classes please email info@nextrepu.com with your name, resume and why you'd like to be a part of this amazing medical community! 🤍
