Amy LeBold

Amy LeBold is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at NextRoll, Inc., Amy has held various leadership roles within the company since January 2014, including VP of HR & Recruiting and Senior Director of HR Business Partners for North America. Additionally, Amy is a member of CPOHQ, a network for Chief People Officers. Prior to NextRoll, Amy worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities ranged from HR Business Partner to Chief of Staff, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR support. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psycho-Biology from UCLA.
