Graduate hiring is broken.

Students can’t get jobs. Companies can’t find the right graduates. And nothing in between was built to fix both.

That’s why we built Next Round.
Next Round is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job ready early-career applicants with companies that are actively hiring.

Students log in with their university email, complete daily quizzes tailored to their chosen career path, and build a verified skill profile that speaks the language recruiters actually use. Our AI scans and scores their CVs and helps them improve employability.

Recruiters simply fill out a job description and instantly get a ranked shortlist of the top matching early-career applicants — complete with an AI-generated comparison report.

No more sifting through hundreds of CVs. No more talented applicants falling through the cracks.

Built by students. Backed by experience. Launching soon.
