Ratika Dhar

Ratika Dhar currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Nextrove, LLC since March 2024 and is a Corporate Advisory Board Member for PMI - New Jersey Chapter from January 2024. Prior to these roles, Ratika provided strategic advisory services as a Management Consultant from May 2023 to February 2024. Ratika completed an Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in June 2023, following a sabbatical during which Digital Innovation and Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy courses were completed. Previous experience includes positions as Project Management Director and Associate Project Management Director at IQVIA from August 2018 to April 2023. Ratika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, obtained in January 2005.
