Manbindar Rana has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Manbindar began their career in 2008 as an Executive at Health Prime International (Health Prime Services), where they developed a strong foundation in RCM. In 2010, they moved to Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS Health) as a Sr. Executive, leveraging their previous experience to drive results. Since 2012, they have been at NextServices, where they have held various roles, including Associate Manager, RCM Consultant - Operations, Account Lead - Operations, and Process Leader - Revenue Cycle Management. In each role, they have demonstrated their ability to stay current with industry trends and implement innovative technology-based solutions. Manbindar has also been successful in optimizing the RCM process, from charge management and payment processing, to account receivable, denial management, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Manbindar Rana completed their Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Graduation in Finance from the University of Mumbai between 2005 and 2008.
