Elad Raz

Founder & CEO at NextSilicon

Elad Raz is the founder and CEO of NextSilicon, a company that provides advanced silicon solutions for the semiconductor industry. Elad has over fifteen years of experience in the software and hardware industries, and has held leadership positions at several startups and larger companies.

Raz began their career as an application engineer at Proficiency, a software development company. Elad then served as a senior team leader at the IDF, a position that gave him the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art tools and technologies. In 2005, Raz founded RazTech, a software development company that produced tools for kernel drivers. The company was acquired by Mellanox Technologies in 2014.

In July 2017, Raz left Mellanox Technologies to start NextSilicon. The company provides silicon solutions for the semiconductor industry with the goal of making advanced technologies more accessible to consumers.

Elad Raz graduated from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and then went on to complete executive education at Harvard Business School.
