Ido Naishtein

Ido Naishtein has extensive work experience in the VLSI engineering field. Ido is currently the Senior Director and Engineering Manager at NextSilicon since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Engineering at Kameleon from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering organization and strategic planning. From 2014 to 2019, Ido held the position of Senior Director Engineering at Qualcomm, leading VLSI activities for the wireless communication division. Ido also played key roles in project management and achieving successful execution over several device generations. Before joining Qualcomm, Ido worked at Wilocity as the Director of SoC and also served as the Backend lead and design owner of several logic units. Ido was involved in various aspects of chip implementation, design, and verification. Prior to that, they worked at Marvell in logic design, verification, backend, and silicon integration roles.

Ido Naishtein obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, specializing in Electronics, Computer Architecture, and Network Communication. Ido pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Management and Entrepreneurship.
