Lior Amar

Lior Amar is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and computer science, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at DataRobot since July 2019, with a progression from Senior Director of Engineering to Director of Engineering. Prior to DataRobot, Lior Amar worked at ParallelM from April 2014 to July 2019 as a Senior System Programmer, and held the position of Researcher at the Government Institute from February 2012 to April 2014. Lior Amar also founded and served as the CTO of Cluster Logic Ltd, providing high-performance computing solutions from November 2009 to December 2012. Academic endeavors include earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where Lior Amar studied from 2004 to 2009, following an M.A. degree from the same institution. Initial programming experience includes roles as a System Programmer at Proficiency and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the late 1990s.
