Mateja Milic

Mateja Milic is a Hardware R&D Engineer at NextSilicon, where responsibilities include developing innovative solutions for High Performance Computing architecture since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing Team Member and Junior IC Layout Engineer at ELSYS Eastern Europe from September 2019 to January 2022, contributing to brand development and working on advanced semiconductor projects in 7nm and 3nm FinFet technology. An internship in Analog IC Layout involved 55nm CMOS process technology. Additionally, Mateja served as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Belgrade's School of Electrical Engineering, providing support in multiple subjects from February 2019 to July 2020. Education includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Belgrade, completed in 2023 and 2020, respectively, along with earlier studies at Third Belgrade Grammar School.
