Rusty Muchmore

Rusty Muchmore has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1984, they started as a Senior Account Manager at Wiland Services, where they were responsible for writing, designing, and producing Merge/Purge specifications, as well as collaborating with customers on circulation strategies. In 1994, they joined Abacus Direct as a Senior Director of Data Acquisition, leading a team of 100+ professionals and playing a key role in strategic planning and budget preparation. Rusty then moved on to I-Behavior in 2006 as a Senior Director of Client Services, overseeing all products and services and ensuring their accurate and timely delivery. In 2007, they joined KnowledgeBase Marketing as the Director of Technology & Development, where they managed data processing activities and provided leadership to a staff of 40+. At Avaya, they worked as a Global Marketing Analyst from 2010 to 2011. Currently, since 2012, they have been serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at NextStep Electric, Inc., where they are responsible for revolutionizing the energy industry by deploying innovating micro-arrays and leading a team.

Rusty Muchmore began their education at Ecotech Institute in 2011 and completed their studies in 2013. Rusty obtained an Associates Applied Science degree in the field of Renewable Energy during this time.
