Andrew Straley

Andrew Straley is a seasoned Senior IT Program and Project Manager currently serving as a Senior Test Planner in the JT&E Program Office. With over two decades of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps, Andrew managed IT operations and cyber security, receiving multiple commendations for superior performance, including the Bronze Star Medal. Andrew has also held key positions within various commands, advising on cyber defense plans and policy for the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command. They earned a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Marine Corps University, complementing a robust educational background that includes a Master's in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
