Instant Leadership in Times of Change
When change cannot wait, leadership must be ready.

Nextt & Mason is a Nordic specialist in interim leadership. With 40+ years of combined Nordic experience, we have placed leaders in every kind of organisation, through every kind of challenge.

We work with boards, owners, professional investors, and leadership teams across listed corporations, family-owned businesses, and scale-ups. When a critical role is vacant, a transformation is stalling, or the organisation needs to move faster than a traditional search allows — we place the right leader within days.

Our network: 8,000+ vetted interim leaders across the Nordics. 215,000 executives globally through Interim Management Worldwide.

We believe in leaders who are ready when you are. Proven, present, and experienced from day one — they lead inside your organisation, make decisions under pressure, and create momentum that lasts long after the assignment ends.

97.44% of our clients recommend interim leadership.
