Jefrey Schmidt is an experienced Salesforce consultant with a strong background in customer service and support. Beginning as a bartender at Beachclub Friends, Jefrey progressed to an intern role at KPN, where responsibilities included supporting the Social Hub department. Jefrey then served as a sales advisor, assisting clients in choosing mobile plans, before taking on the role of Salesforce/Social Media Tooling Specialist at KPN, overseeing the Salesforce tool for social media management. Jefrey continued to develop expertise at Nextview Consulting, first as a Senior Salesforce Consultant and currently as a Managing Salesforce Consultant, focusing on aligning customer needs with Salesforce solutions. Jefrey holds an educational background from The Hague University of Applied Science, completed between 2008 and 2014.
