Phillip Poynton has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Phillip is currently working at Nextview Consulting as the Salesforce Recruitment Lead since March 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Mooza joins Nextview Consulting from March 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Nextview Consulting, Phillip worked at PwC Polska as a Senior IT Recruiter (Salesforce) from October 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they managed the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborated with partners and directors, and focused on creating a positive candidate experience.

Prior to PwC Polska, Phillip was self-employed at Business Directions - Poland from May 2015 to September 2019. As a Recruitment Consultant, they designed and facilitated assessment centers, handled recruitment and employer branding, and conducted candidate sourcing and search activities.

Phillip also gained experience at Recruit Directions Ltd as a Recruiter for permanent recruitment from February 2012 to April 2016. Phillip worked as a Contract Recruiter (onsite) for Head Office positions at Pizza Hut UK & Ireland from July 2014 to January 2016. Additionally, they served as a Recruitment Consultant & Business Development Manager at Unity Recruitment Ltd from April 2011 to February 2012.

Phillip's earlier roles include Senior Account Manager at Talent Recruitment's PAN London Team from August 2010 to April 2011, and Candidate Consultant/Project Coordinator from January 2007 to August 2010.

Phillip Poynton attended Nauczycielskie Kolegium Języków Obcych from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Tech Recruitment Certification and the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional programs from DevSkiller in September 2022 and July 2020, respectively. Phillip also completed the Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020. Additionally, they became a Corporate Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation in March 2012 and obtained the Certified Recruitment Practitioner (CertRP) designation in February 2008. In April 2014, they achieved a perfect score in the Employment & Compliance Assessment conducted by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
