Tom Ingram

Tom Ingram is a seasoned professional in the fields of renewable energy and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Atlas NextWave since July 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden from March 2021 to July 2023, where expertise in geology recruitment for the Western Australian mining sector was developed. Tom started at Spencer Ogden as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the permanent recruitment of Electrical Engineers across various sectors. Prior experience includes a tenure at First Aurora from December 2017 to November 2020, serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager, overseeing daily operations and project management across Asia Pacific. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Western Australia and a WACE Certificate from Hale School.
