Robert Simoni

Robert Simoni has worked in a variety of finance-related roles since 1999. Robert began their career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as an Investor Services in 1999. Robert then moved to ComJet Aviation as VP Finance in 2002. In 2006, they joined The Safety Group Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they managed the financial operations of the firm, created the company’s and subsidiaries annual and quarterly financial reports, and prepared all financial documentation for the company’s reverse merger. In 2017, they joined NextWave Safety Solutions, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, where they focused on risk mitigation, workforce training and analytics through technology.

Robert Simoni received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University between 1995 and 1999, with a focus in Finance. Robert then earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business between 2005 and 2008, with a focus in Accounting & Corporate Finance.
