Next Wave Hospitality was created with a simple belief. The best ideas in hospitality don’t come from theory; they come from operators. We are a community of hotel leaders, commercial thinkers, and technology experts who understand what it really takes to run a hotel today. Not from the outside looking in, but from years of experience across operations, revenue, guest experience, and transformation. We exist to bring the industry together. To create space for honest conversations. And to focus on what actually moves the needle. This is not about trends for the sake of it. It’s about progress that delivers real impact.

The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly.

Hotels are facing:
• Rising operational costs
• Increased pressure on teams
• Growing complexity in hotel technology systems
• Higher guest expectations across the entire guest journey

At the same time, many hospitality events and industry discussions remain disconnected from the reality of running a hotel.

Too theoretical.
Too focused on selling solutions.
Too removed from day-to-day hotel operations.

Next Wave Hospitality exists to change that.

We focus on:
• Real-world hotel challenges
• Practical solutions for hospitality operations
• Honest, operator-led conversations
• Measurable impact on guest experience and profitability

Because the future of hospitality depends on better alignment between operations, commercial strategy, and technology.
