Carrie Sheaffer

Carrie Sheaffer has extensive work experience in technical communication and content strategy. Carrie has held various roles at Nextworld® and TIBCO Software Inc., including Senior Director of Technical and Training Content and Senior Manager of Documentation. Carrie has also worked as a Technical Writer at Talarian and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine, where they taught English and established an English language resource center. Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing teams and coordinating with different international offices.

Carrie Sheaffer holds a Master of Science degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Carrie also obtained a Certificate in Technical Writing and Communication from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder.
