Tom McNichol

Tom McNichol is a Senior Application Developer at Nextworld® since August 2021, with previous roles including Application Developer II and Application Developer I. Prior to Nextworld®, Tom worked at NuVerge, LLC as an Applications Developer and at SDS Automation as a Sales Facilitator, where responsibilities included facilitating business-to-business sales and managing global shipments. Earlier experience includes roles such as Resident Advisor at Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch and English Teacher at Bogota Business English, where Tom taught ESL to professionals in Colombia. Tom began a career in technical recruitment at Sagent Partners, successfully managing full-cycle recruitment for high-security positions. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from George Mason University and a Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) Diplom in Finance & International Business from FH Aachen University. Tom also completed a Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity.
