Tom Willett

Tom Willett is an experienced product owner and application developer with a strong background in ERP solutions and data analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner II at Nextworld since January 2019, Tom has progressed through various roles within the company, including Product Owner I and Associate Product Owner, where responsibilities have included guiding product development, mentoring subject matter experts, and managing enhancements across multiple ERP functional domains. Prior experience includes a Consultant - Data Analyst position at Two Sigma Investments, focusing on data discovery and predictive simulations, and internships at Chain IQ USA as a Procurement Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Analyst, where research and collaboration played key roles. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College.
