Wyatt Joy

Wyatt Joy is an experienced professional in benefits and compensation management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at Nextworld® since August 2022, Wyatt previously held the position of Benefits Manager at Gates Corporation for a brief period. Other significant roles include Manager of Compensation and Benefits Administration at Aurora Public Schools and various positions at Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado, where Wyatt progressed from Benefits Specialist to Associate Director of HR Administrative Services. Earlier in the career, Wyatt gained valuable experience at Council Bluffs Community Schools, Lincoln Financial Group, and West Corporation. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Iowa.
