Judith Eickler

Judith Eickler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Judith started their career in 1986 as an Übersetzerin and performed office tasks at Romiosini Verlag. In 1990, they worked as a Marketingmitarbeiterin at Beyen & von Eichborn GmbH and also as Vertrieb - Telefonakquisition at markt intern Verlag GmbH. From 1992 to 1994, they worked as a Journalistin at Rheinische Anzeigenblatt GmbH & Co. KG. Judith continued at the company as a Redakteurin from 1994 to 2002. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as a Journalistin and Online-Redakteurin at Kölnischer Stadt-Anzeiger, Kölner Rundschau, media.team.gaarz, and nexum AG. At nexum AG, they held various roles such as Online-Redakteurin, Senior Online-Redakteurin, and Leiterin Online-Redaktion & Content-Beratung. From 2011 to 2017, they served as a Senior Online-Redakteurin for the Unit Kommunikation at nexum AG. Judith then became the Fachleiterin Kompetenzteam Content from 2018 to 2020 and later assumed the role of Senior Online Editor, Business Unit Digital Marketing & Communications from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Content Consultant at nexum AG.

Judith Eickler pursued their education in various institutions, focusing on art history, criticism, and preservation. Judith began their academic journey at the University of Cologne, where they obtained a Magister degree in Kunstgeschichte, -kritik und -erhaltung in 1994. Later, they went on to attend the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 1989-1990 as a recipient of the DAAD Stipendium. There, they studied Neugriechische Philologie and Kunstgeschichte. Lastly, they completed their doctoral studies at the University of Hamburg, specializing in Byzantinische und Neugriechische Philologie / Kunsthistorik, and successfully obtained their Promotion degree in 2015.
