Nexus Capital Partners is a boutique Finance Firm with a focus on arranging commercial finance, offering debt advisory services as well as traditional broker solutions for SMEs, mid-market size clients and commercial CRE investors, developers and construction. We will be engaged on all transaction sizes, but our heritage is commercial finance arrangement and advisory services to clients in the annual turnover range of $25M - $150M with existing and new debt requirements of $3M - $100M. 

With our deep expertise and combined 25 years in banking roles across business, property and construction finance, Nexus Capital Partners core services are:

1. Arrangement of new debt for business acquisitions and buy-outs.
2. Bank and non-bank funding for CRE assets and developments.
3. Arrangement and structuring of construction finance. 
4. Formalised and discrete market tendering to achieve competitive terms and restructure existing arrangements to release security, equity or covenants.
5. Advise, facilitate and source non-bank debt via non traditional major bank debt facilities for high growth clients wanting to leverage a strong free cash flow and property developments requiring a higher gearing beyond major banks. 
6. Strategic advisory services including; debt sizing analysis and modelling future growth through additional debt capacity, incumbent bank negotiation, covenant reviews and working capital optimisation. 

Our business is based on; advise on funding arrangements, facilitate the entire funding process and source the appropriate new capital required via a traditional bank or non bank.
