Nexus Care Services is your partner in providing specialised support for individuals with disabilities. With expertise in managing complex cases, we work alongside you to offer the best care for your clients.

Specialising in person-centred care, we work with youth and adults with intellectual and complex mental health challenges, providing tailored support where others cannot.
Our team, made up of over 90 professionals from diverse backgrounds, is trained in MAYBO de-escalation techniques, ensuring the highest standards of care. We offer a range of NDIS services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (STA), and Community Participation, all designed to help clients build essential life skills, find independence, and thrive within their communities.
What sets us apart is our focus on cultural inclusivity - understanding that care isn't just about support, but also about fostering a sense of belonging. With deep connections to multicultural and Indigenous communities, we ensure our clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
Providing services across South East Queensland including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and beyond, Nexus Care Services has built a reputation for handling the most challenging cases. We are the NDIS provider you turn to when others say it can’t be done, delivering positive outcomes for clients and their families. Together, we can help you overcome obstacles, build confidence, and live the independent life you deserve.
