We’ve designed and built a 24/7 open-plan facility that keeps owners close to their pets wherever possible. This includes when they’re being examined, receiving treatment or even staying overnight. Pets are family, and presence matters. It helps them stay calm, feel safe and recover better.

As the first of its kind in Adelaide, Nexus combines advanced diagnostics, emergency surgery, urgent consultations and ongoing care under one roof. Our is highly experienced and we work closely with referring vets to provide seamless, high-quality emergency and critical care.
