Nexus Evaluation is a UK-based consulting company committed to maximising our customers' social and environmental impact with systemic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive and equitable approaches; and by working in the nexus between strategy, organisational development and MERL (monitoring, evaluation, research and learning).

Values and ways of working:

1. We develop cutting-edge approaches and adapt methods to address unique needs and challenges for a wide range of contexts and organisational capabilities.

2. We advocate, and work in ways, that include diverse voices and groups, challenging power and gender dynamics that act as barriers of social impact for all.

3. We work as partners and critical friends, building new avenues for collaboration with clients to deliver more value.

4. We help change mindsets, behaviours and ways of working to bring about transformation and sustained change.

5. We meet people where they are and take them on a journey, finding the right pace of change and building consensus to move together.
