At Nexus FMS, we understand the day-to-day pressures managing agents face when maintaining properties and supporting tenants. With over 20 years of industry experience, we deliver dependable, efficient, and fully managed maintenance solutions tailored to your needs.

We work with a wide range of high street agents, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent service delivery.

Our approach is simple—take the burden off you. Nexus FMS provides a completely hands-free maintenance service, handling issues from initial report through to completion. Our trained customer service team liaises directly with you or your tenants, ensuring every issue is clearly understood, logged, and managed with care.

Jobs are then assigned to our professional onsite teams at a time that suits you, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining clear communication throughout.

In addition to planned maintenance, we offer a 24/7 reactive service for urgent issues. We understand that emergencies require immediate action, which is why we aim to respond within two hours of the initial call.

Based in the West Midlands, we support managing agents across the Midlands and surrounding areas—delivering the reliable service your portfolio deserves.
