Nexus Intermodal Optimization (Nexus IO) is a modernization and execution partner focused on North American intermodal terminals.

We operate at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, equipment, and capital. We align operators, equipment providers, innovation partners, and investors around one integrated operating blueprint.

Nexus IO does not stop at strategy.

We design the future state operating model across gate, yard, rail, maintenance, and remote operations. We then lead execution inside live terminal environments where safety, service, and uptime matter.

Our work includes:

	• Terminal modernization strategy and capital planning
	• Automated gate and remote operating models
	• Systems integration, project management, and vendor orchestration
	• Design build coordination for infrastructure and equipment
	• Change management, go-live support, stabilization, and performance tuning
	• Design and run on-site or remote operating models with 24/7 support capability
	• Investor and board level modernization roadmaps

We plug into any stage of the project lifecycle, from early business case through full deployment and ongoing operational sustainment.

Nexus IO brings Class I and marine intermodal experience, practical terminal operating depth, and program leadership that turns modernization into measurable performance gains.

If you are modernizing a terminal, evaluating automation, integrating technology, or deploying capital into infrastructure, we ensure it works in the field.
