Project Management

The Project Management team at Nexus Program Management Group is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects worldwide. Guided by the VP of Operational Readiness & Turnaround, President of Project Development, and VP of Project Delivery Services, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize resources and drive operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
