Nexus3 is a technology company that builds, operates, and invests in AI-powered vertical software businesses.

Our three pillars:

▸ Nexus3 Operating Companies
We build and run vertical software companies from the ground up. Each one targets an industry where AI can replace manual, high- cost workflows with intelligent systems. Our first operating company, Hexios, is transforming commercial real estate through AI-driven lease abstraction and financial reconciliation.

▸ NX3 Labs
Our R&D arm develops the shared AI infrastructure, proprietary data systems, and knowledge graphs that power every company in the portfolio. Breakthroughs in one business accelerate all the others.

▸ Nexus3 Capital
Our investment arm makes selective investments in AI-native companies led by exceptional founders. We bring more than capital- we contribute AI expertise, infrastructure, and operational support.

What makes us different: We're self-funded, founder-led, and building from day one with AI at the core- not bolting it on after the fact. Every company we create runs on shared technology and compounding institutional knowledge, giving each new venture an unfair advantage. Founded by Tim Stojka, a serial enterprise software entrepreneur (Sertifi, Agentis Energy, Commerx). Based in Chicago.
