Eric K. Grant

Eric K. Grant has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Eric K. began their career in 1998 as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where they managed a Motorola SPS Engagement and was responsible for the site consolidation of 144 Web sites, design/delivery of several leading-edge technologies, and full re-architecture of backend systems. In 2002, they became the IT Director at Kingsway Financial Services Inc., where they established and managed a 35-member IT department, oversaw all staffing, budgeting, financial forecasting and ROI for a $10M annual operating budget and $5M annual capital budget. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Chief Information Officer at NBIS, where they were responsible for fully managing all aspects of IT hardware, software, services and communications for the enterprise IT infrastructure, and reported to the CEO. During this time, they also worked as a M&A Strategy & Planning Consultant at Abbott Laboratories, where they oversaw all IT functions for $7B Solvay Pharmaceuticals and $400M IBIS Biosciences M&A initiatives from presales through transition execution. From 2008 to 2015, they were the Chief Executive Officer and CFO at NexxtGen Corporation, providing technical and business leadership for the organization. Theirresponsibilities included all business aspects of running the organization including sales, business development, client management, partnerships, financials and implementation of IT products and services. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Head of Mobility and MCOE at Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of RedQore Inc. and, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer and CFO of Holliday Process Solutions, LLC.

Eric K. Grant obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1996. Eric K. also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution during the same time period.
