Kevin Doty has been working in the engineering and technology field since 2015. Kevin began their career as a Naval Architect at Elliott Bay Design Group. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Computer Vision Research Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a Graduate Student Researcher at NEU Helping Hands Lab, and a Robotics Software Engineer | CVML at Neya Systems LLC.
Kevin Doty has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, obtained in 2014. Kevin then pursued a Master's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they completed a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity. The following year, they earned a Master of Science in Machine Learning & Computer Vision from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained an Engineer in Training certification from NCEES.
