Aaron Mathias

Aaron Mathias has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Partnerships at nference, a company they joined in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale Ventures starting in August 2022. Aaron also has experience at Thetis Pharmaceuticals, where they held two roles: Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & R&D Operations from January 2021 to September 2022, and Director of Corporate Strategy from November 2016 to January 2021. Aaron started their career as a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte from September 2014 to November 2016. Additionally, Aaron briefly worked at the Office of Congressman Chris Murphy as a U.S. House of Representatives aide in 2012, where they conducted legislative research on healthcare policy as part of the Sylvia C. Hecht Fellowship.

Aaron Mathias has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Bioinformatics and Drug Discovery & Development from Yale University. Aaron also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Amherst College.
