Richard A. Manfready

Richard A. Manfready, MD, AM, FACP, currently serves as a Clinical Scientist at nference since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Longwood Capital Advisors, where focus was on biotechnology investments, and as a Consultant in the Technology & Innovation Development Office at Boston Children's Hospital, emphasizing bench-to-bedside technology commercialization. Richard also worked as a Multi-Discipline Systems Engineer at MITRE, and held various positions in health sciences and technology mentoring and research at HST BioMatrix and the Whitehead Institute, respectively. Academic credentials include an S.B. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Biomedicine from Harvard University, an M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship from Rush University.
