Trisha Ellis

Trisha Ellis has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Trisha'smost recent role is as Chief People Officer at nference, starting in January 2022. Before that, they worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at Ellis Consulting from January 2021 to January 2022. Prior to their consulting work, Trisha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Virtustream from August 2018 to September 2021. Trisha also spent a significant portion of their career at Dell, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Services and Vice President of Human Resources for the Storage Division. Trisha's earliest work experience in HR dates back to 1989 when they served as a Manager of Human Resources at Rexam, Ltd.

Trisha Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Babson College, Teachers College at Columbia University, and Simmons College in various leadership programs.
