Ashley Redfearn

Ashley Redfearn has extensive experience in quality assurance and inside sales, currently serving as a QA Analyst at Blue Ridge Optics since June 2016 and as an Inside Sales & Order Management Specialist at NFF since January 2015. In the inside sales role, Ashley is responsible for preparing sales and maintenance renewal quotes, overseeing sales and maintenance metrics, managing SharePoint, maintaining sales commissions, and reviewing solicitation sites for new opportunities while collaborating with various government officials throughout the procurement process. Previous experience includes a sales position at ProTelecom, LLC from 2012 to 2014. Ashley holds an A.A.S. in Social Sciences from the College of Southern Maryland, earned between 2008 and 2012, and attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1998 to 2000.
