Mel M has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staff augmentation within the IT industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Staff Augmentation/Talent Acquisition at NFF since July 2019. Prior roles include Director of Professional Services for the IT Division at Sparks Group, and various positions at NFF, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Mel M has also held senior talent acquisition roles at Blackstone Technology Group and CPSI Consulting, and prior leadership positions at CI International, GE, GAP Solutions, and VistaRMS. An alumnus of the University of Maryland, Mel M holds both a Master's in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
