With a career spanning over twenty years, they currently manage a team of 50 cameramen and editors while directing over 150 high school state championships and various professional sports events. Talbott's experience includes roles with prominent organizations such as Ross Video, the NBA G League, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship, showcasing a breadth of expertise in live sports production. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Sports Management from Columbia University.
