Ryan Harder

Ryan Harder serves as the Human Resources Systems Supervisor and Team Lead at NFI Group Inc. since July 2022, following a successful tenure as a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist from April 2016 to June 2023. Harder has extensive experience in implementing and maintaining human resource information management systems, payroll, and time clock collection. Prior to this, Harder worked at New Flyer Industries Canada ULC from September 2003 to March 2016, holding roles as an HR Business Analyst and Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, with a focus on continuous improvement projects and return-to-work programs. Harder is also a Certified Lean Greenbelt Champion. Additional experience includes a brief role in IT at sharepoint-videos.com in 2013. Educational background includes W.C. Miller Collegiate.
