Program Director Of Transitional Enhanced Care Coordination at NFI North

Nicole Wright (Ivers) has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as the Program Director of Transitional Enhanced Care Coordination at NFI North since October 2018, with previous roles including Assistant Program Director and Care Coordinator. Prior to NFI North, Nicole held positions at Child and Family Services of New Hampshire as an ISO Case Manager/IHB Family Therapist and at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center as a Clinical Case Manager. Additional experience includes therapeutic roles at Lahey Health Behavioral Services and Hampstead Hospital, as well as supervisory positions at NFI Massachusetts - Riverside School. Nicole has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Granite State College.
