Billy (Bo) McDougal is a seasoned professional in sports medicine and athletic training with extensive experience in various roles. Since June 2019, McDougal has served as a Certified Doping Control Officer for Better You Better Life, LLC - Drug Free Sport. McDougal has also been an NFL AT Spotter since August 2012 and an active member of the State of Florida's Board of Athletic Training since July 2013. Previously, McDougal held multiple positions at Jacksonville University, including Assistant Athletics Director – Support Services, Director of Sports Medicine, and Head Athletic Trainer from December 1983 to June 2020. Additionally, McDougal worked as an Athletic Trainer/Delegation Leader for People to People from 2006 to 2014 and served as an Executive Board Member representing the Northeast Region for the Athletic Training Association of Florida from January 2012 to August 2013. McDougal holds a Master’s degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education from Murray State University.
