Brett Gosper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the sports and advertising industries. Currently serving as the Head of Europe & Asia-Pacific for the National Football League (NFL) since January 2021, Brett previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at World Rugby from 2012 to 2021. With a strong background in advertising, Brett was the CEO for McCann Worldgroup in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 2005 to 2011 and served as President of the USA division. Additional roles include President of the New York Group at TBWA\Worldwide and Managing Director BDDP Frankfurt among others. Brett's early career in advertising began at Ogilvy, where roles included Group Account Director in Paris and Graduate Trainee in Melbourne and Brisbane. Academically, Brett holds a degree in Economics and Economics-Law from Monash University and attended Scotch College Melbourne and Rutlish School.
